CCPA Policy

This California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) privacy policy (“CCPA Policy”) is included as part of Marshalltown Company’s (“MARSHALLTOWN”’s) Privacy Policy and applies to personal information of California consumers as the terms “personal information” and “consumer” are defined in the CCPA. To the extent that there is any conflict between this CCPA Policy and MARSHALLTOWN’s Privacy Policy, the CCPA Policy shall control only with respect to California consumers and their personal information.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT

MARSHALLTOWN does not sell your personal information. The following chart shows the categories of personal information that MARSHALLTOWN may have collected during the preceding twelve (12) months, the sources of the information, and the business or commercial purposes for which we may use the information. YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

Right to Know and Access

You may submit a verifiable request for information regarding the: (1) categories of personal information collected or disclosed by us; (2) purposes for which categories of personal information are collected by us; (3) categories of sources from which we collect personal information; and (4) specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you during the past twelve (12) months.

Right to Deletion

You have the right to request that we delete personal information collected and maintained about you, subject to certain limited exceptions. Once your request for deletion is verified and we have determined that we are required to delete that information, we will delete your personal information accordingly.

Verification

Requests for access to or for deletion of personal information are subject to our ability to reasonably verify your identity in light of the information requested and pursuant to CCPA requirements, limitations, and regulations.

Nondiscrimination

You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights.

Shine the Light

Marshalltown does not rent, sell or share your personal information with non-affiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes without your permission.
