Before you start any masonry project, be sure you have all the tools you'll need and have them close at hand. For projects using concrete blocks, make certain you have a masonry hammer, 4 foot level, brick trowel, pointing trowel, jointing tool, tape measure, brick chisel, mason's line, and wood line blocks. These few basic tools will make your masonry work faster and much easier in the long run.
