Maintenance Mechanic

Location:  Marshalltown, Iowa

Marshalltown Company, a manufacturer of construction tools of unsurpassed quality, is seeking candidates to fill a Night Shift Maintenance Mechanic position. 

Responsibilities include performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems, processes and standards.  This position involves operating power tools, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting and moving of up to 60 lbs, and operating powered industrial trucks/equipment.

Requirements:

• Electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic experience in a manufacturing setting, PLC experience a plus
• The ability to maintain accurate records and to use and read precision instruments such as micrometers and dial indicators
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly motivated and able to work independently
• A high school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and maintenance experience

Interested candidates will be required to complete various written mechanical tests and are subject to a post-offer drug screen and background check.  Marshalltown Company is an EOE.

Maintenance Technician

Location:  Fayetteville, Arkansas

This position supports production by performing work on existing and newly acquired equipment. Duties may include electrical, mechanical and troubleshooting skills as well as work in other related fields. Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical controls are highly desirable. Starting pay commensurate with qualified work experience.
