MARSHALLTOWN has three educational programs outlined below:
STUDENT AWARD PROGRAM
Created to recognize outstanding trowel trades students (secondary, post-secondary,
and apprenticeship schools) each term for exemplary work: Marshalltown's Student Award
Program awards winner with a complimentary trowel.
How the Program Works:
MARSHALLTOWN awards students through Vo-Tech instructors. All materials are sent directly
to the instructor, who then presents the award to the deserving student.
Instructors, first, choose one
student (one per school, per term*) who has excelled in the masonry, plastering,
drywall, concrete, paint or tile trades. This student should be actively
training for a career in the "trowel trades."
Next nominate the student by
sending us the student's name and desired trowel (including type, size and
pattern or part number, if known). Nominations may be sent in on either official
school letterhead or on MARSHALLTOWN's Student Award Nomination Form.

Then, MARSHALLTOWN will send
the following award materials to your attention: a letter of commendation,
certificate of merit, complimentary trowel, and MARSHALLTOWN cap (one size fits
*NOTE: Schools offering
separate programs in more than one trade may nominate a student for each trade
(brick, concrete, plastering, drywall, paint, or tile).
Our objective with the Student
Award Program is to give students the extra incentive to achieve superior
results and instructors the means to reward work well done.
MARSHALLTOWN MATCH PROGRAM
Marshalltown would like to
help you put and keep the right tools in the hands of your secondary,
post-secondary, or apprenticeship students. Train the best with the best. With

to receive your free tools:

- Fax or mail your hand tool request to us on your school's letterhead. For proper handling,
be sure to mark your order Attn: Marketing-Tools for Schools.
Mixing and matching is allowed
Free tool allowance is equal to the total dollar value of MARSHALLTOWN products on original order
Limit of $400 per calendar per year
This program does not apply to any purchases made under MARSHALLTOWN's Direct Order Program.
We at MARSHALLTOWN know that along with a good technical background and the
attitude of a "craftsman," your students need to train with the best.
As students train with
properly designed and balanced tools, they can measure their skill level
performance--not the tool's performance. A good tool becomes an extension;
students using the right tools learn how to work with the tools. They achieve
better results faster.
Train with the BEST and save money.
