Direct Sales Representative

Territory: Northern California
Reports to: Scott Phillips

The successful candidate in this position will present our product line to distributors and retailers in the assigned territory to capture a larger segment of the market place for our products. We are looking for a high-energy person who can produce results. Although beneficial, this opportunity is not limited to people with a sales background. Familiarity with tools, construction or building technology is a plus.

The essential requirements for success in this high-profile position include: the ability to grow sales and develop long term relationships with key accounts, the willingness to build and merchandise store sets, the desire and ability to work with construction dealers, trades people, and people of various levels within an organization, and strong communication skills and win/win negotiation skills.
