Software Engineer - Full Time
Location: Marshalltown, Iowa
MARSHALLTOWN, a manufacturer of construction tools of unsurpassed quality known world-wide, is seeking candidates to fill the position of Software Engineer in our Information Engineering Department at our Marshalltown, Iowa location.
We are seeking motivated, exceptional individuals who are looking for the opportunity to join Marshalltown’s Information Engineering team to produce innovative and cutting-edge solutions for our business. In this role, you will have the chance to apply modern software technologies to improve business operations, provide information access, and develop robust user interfaces. You will use your skills to design new ways to improve business operations and customer service. Technologies employed include Visual Studio, .NET, Web Services, C#, ASP.NET, Xcode, iOS, SQL Server, and cloud computing technologies. Marshalltown has the latest Windows Server technologies along with a VMWare infrastructure.
As a Software Engineer, you will be involved in all aspects of problem analysis, design, implementation, and testing. You must be excited about software development and using software technology to solve problems. We are seeking individuals who are exceptional programmers, who truly love to create new and innovative programs, and want to work with others who share the same excitement.
Marshalltown has an advanced ERP system and Warehouse/Distribution system that have high levels of automation. In addition, Marshalltown is continually looking at how to apply new software and computing device technologies, for internal and external applications.
You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering. You must have at least a 3.0 GPA to be considered.

We are seeking undergraduate students who are looking for a challenging and rewarding co-op/internship opportunity.
