Mechanical Designer
Location: Fayetteville, AR
• Provides technical design support in the development of products, fixtures, tooling, special machinery, or other assigned projects that will result in increasing productivity, improving reliability or enhancing product quality.
• Interface with marketing/sales, key customers, and end users to identify new product development opportunities.
• Generates solid models for manufacturing tooling and fixtures along with detailed dimensional drawings.
• Creates mechanical drawings to support product development by reviewing sketches, descriptions, specifications, and supporting documents as well as by conferring with engineers. Design parts based on written and verbal descriptions from engineers.
• Supervises the progress of new product prototypes and testing.
• Develops product and tooling designs using 3D solid modeling software.
• Oversees design review meeting for new product and product improvements.
• Supervises the progress of new product prototypes and testing.
• Collaborates with engineering, tool & die, and production in concept, development and design of tooling and product design.
Requirements:
• 2 to 5 years of relevant design experience. Design experience from concept to completion preferred. A two or four year technical degree is preferred.
• Proficient in solid modeling, Inventor preferred.
• Detailed knowledge of manufacturing processes such as die casting, machine & fabricated parts and injection molding.
• Strong conceptual design skills.
• Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing
• Knowledge of the ECR/ECN process.
• Ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and capable of self-checking for completeness and accuracy of work produced
• Must be a self-starter and able to contribute to design reviews.

Controls Engineer
Location: Fayetteville, AR
Use your electrical and controls knowledge to design, build, test and troubleshoot controls systems to support manufacturing and distribution processes. Involves project management to enhance existing controls and in development of new controls and logic programming. Competitive pay & benefits provided.
Successful candidate will have:
• 3 or more years of hands-on experience with PLCs involving ladder diagram design and interpretation, DC drive controllers, variable frequency drive controllers.
• Manufacturing equipment interface and integration experience is essential.
• Strongly prefer experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and Fanuc robotics.
• Requires good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• BSEE, BSEET or other Engineering degree preferred.
